Afternoon tea and BBQ
Saturday was almost close to perfect. Anna and I went to Sloane Square and the Saatchi gallery. They have a quite new exhibition called "New Sculpture" and it was really some extraordinary with lofs of very strange sculptures. However it was very nice walking around there and my personal favourite was the mirror room. First I just thought it was an empty room but then I saw the mirrors and the reflections that made the room so different.
After we went to the gallery's restaurant and had some afternoon tea. It was really nice and it was different kind of sandwiches, cakes and some scones with clotted cream and jam. So delicious and so typical english.
Before the tea we watched some tennis in the park next to the gallery because they had a big screen in on of the corner. We were lucky to see the women's final. Very nice to watch it live and know it's just some miles away.
Then it was time for the bbq although Anna and I was a bit late, 1,5 hours. We were late but then it was also something wrong with the tube so it took longer time. However the night turn out really great and I had such a great time. We were drinking Pimm's, Anna and I ate pork skewer although we started with the dessert because the took some time to light the bbq. Stefano had nothing the light it with first. Haha! Later we were dancing to disco music and Anna and I did the frog dance again. It have to be the new favourite dance! Frida got funny texts! Then Stefano had a guitar concert in his room and he had first climbed in through the window. Lots of stuff happened and it was a perfect night to have it on. We could sit in the garden to at least 11pm.
We called this party Good bye party because people starting to fly home. It made it a bit sad however I hope I have time to see you all, at least once before we all going home. Thanks for a great night everyone!!! :)
